1. Product Availability & Pricing

• Accuracy:We strive for accuracy, but errors in pricing or descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if information is incorrect.
• Stock:All orders are subject to availability. If a camera or accessory is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

2. Payment & Taxes

• All prices are listed in SGD(Singapore Dollars) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made in full before the dispatch of goods.
• You are responsible for any GST or import duties applicable to your location.

3. Limitation of Liability

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your new gear. If something isn’t right, here is how we handle it:

1. Returns Eligibility

• Timeframe:You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
• Condition:Items must be in original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
• Exclusions:Consumables (e.g., film, cleaning fluids) and “special order” items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your camera or accessory arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

• Please notify us within 48 hoursof delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
• Note: Most cameras come with a manufacturer’s warranty. We can assist you in contacting the brand’s service centre in Singapore for long-term technical issues.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Restocking Fee:Returns for “change of mind” may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover processing and inspection costs.

4. Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except for defective goods).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

1. Shipping within Singapore (Local)

We offer reliable door-to-door delivery across mainland Singapore.

• Standard Delivery:2–4 business days.
• Express Delivery:Next-day delivery available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (SGT).
• Free Shipping:Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $200 SGD. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $10 SGD
• Self-Collection:Customers may choose to collect their orders from our office/warehouse. Please wait for a “Ready for Collection” email before arriving.

2. International Shipping

We ship our cameras and accessories globally.

• Courier Partners:We use reputable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe transit.
• Delivery Time:Typically, 5–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Duties & Taxes:For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the local customs office.

3. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a major camera launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. we will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

4. Shipment Tracking & Insurance

• Tracking:Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
• Insurance:Given the high value of optical equipment, all shipments are fully insured until they reach your doorstep. A signature is required upon delivery for all camera bodies and high-value lenses.

5. Damaged Shipments

If you receive your package and the external packaging is visibly damaged:

1. Please take photos of the packaging before opening.
2. Check the contents immediately.
